Option 1: Self-Assessment- £250

Inclusive of a Leadership R@W assessment, your comprehensive personalised report, Workbook, a 2 hour online coaching session to discuss your report and compile an action plan, and a 1 hour online follow up coaching session.

This option is ideal for Leaders who anticipate key strategic challenges ahead and is best conducted prior to a ‘Team Resilience Workshop’



 

Option 2: 180 Survey - £375

Inclusive of a Leadership R@W assessment (completed by yourself and your team members), your comprehensive personalised report, Workbook, a 2 hour online coaching session to discuss your report and compile an action plan, and a 1 hour online follow up coaching session. This option is ideal for Leaders who wish to ensure their team has the optimum environment in which to thrive and perform as a cohesive group.

This option is a good alternative to the Team Resilience programme.

NB: we highly recommend that Leaders also complete the Individual Resilience Assessment and feedback prior to participating in a Leadership assessment.
