Put your leadership to the test
For business Leaders who are experiencing a challenge to their leadership. This bespoke Horse Sense session uses tasks that are designed specifically to meet your individual needs. There is no riding involved and all tasks are simple groundwork exercises.
In a safe, supportive and structured learning environment, our different equine personalities will put your leadership to the test whilst our coach provides insight and feedback as you work through those tasks.
Having discussed what happened, you will identify the changes you need to make, and have the chance to put those changes immediately into practice. As you go through a re-run of the task, you will see the impact of your effectiveness as a leader, through the levels of co-operation you receive from the horse.
Your Outcome:
You will come away with increased awareness, new perspectives, and a strategy that you can apply straight back in the workplace.
