This module is focused on assessing and developing your identity as a leader.
We will assess and evaluate your current leadership style and motivations. Your Coach will feedback to you your strengths as a leader, areas of potential conflict for you, and where you need to focus your development and growth.
Your outcome:
In addition to the documented analysis of your motivational drivers and leadership style, you will come away with a greater sense of your identity as a leader; and the changes you need to make in order to achieve greater success.
